Introducing Liftoff Exclusive Ad Formats

Liftoff is excited to introduce Liftoff Exclusive Ad Formats (LXAF), a new approach to mobile ads. These unique ad formats, available only when advertising with Accelerate on the Vungle Exchange, blend creative elements to deliver a unique user experience.

Drawing from Liftoff’s extensive experience optimizing over 600,000 creatives, these formats are designed to captivate your audiences. In addition, they utilize first-party user behavior signals from the Vungle SDK to serve dynamic, highly personalized user experiences that drive engagement.

Triple-Page Ads: The first LXAF

In 2023, we launched Triple-Page Ads, the first LXAF. This innovative format provides users with a video ad followed by two end cards, creating three distinct opportunities for user engagement. The DSP provides a video, a playable, and a proprietary static end card to form the Triple-Page Ad. If the DSP doesn’t supply the static end card, the Vungle Exchange provides a default version, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

In testing, Triple-Page Ads improved app installs by up to 10%. It has also improved conversion rates, CPI, and ROAS, making it a powerful tool for advertisers seeking to boost user engagement and drive business growth.

Page Turner: A new approach to user engagement

Our latest LXAF is Page Turner, an interactive creative that adapts based on user behavior. This format is an evolution of Triple-Page, introducing a fourth page based on user behavior. When a user reaches the second “playable” page of the ad experience, if they interact with it, the experience will be just like the standard Triple-Page. However, if the user doesn’t interact with the playable in the first five seconds, they will be taken to a new fourth page—a different playable.

In early testing, Page Turner increased impression-to-install (ITI) by up to 9.5% and lowered CPI by 7.5%.
