Liftoff Launches in Berlin

Liftoff has set up shop in Berlin! The launch of the Berlin office follows significant growth in the region and is Liftoff’s third office to open in Europe, following London and Paris.

Looking ahead to 2021 and considering the opportunity to accelerate growth in Germany (D), Austria (A), and Switzerland (CH), we have created a new DACH sub-region within Liftoff EMEA, which will be led by Bastian Winterkemper.

Germany, which is the largest DACH economy, has a vast and thriving app ecosystem and is the second-ranked country in Europe for App Store revenue. According to Sensor Tower, Germany drove just under $2.1 billion in App Store revenue in 2019, an increase of 17.9% since 2018.

By investing in a dedicated German office and hiring an experienced team, Liftoff will be able to better support its growing list of DACH customers and partners.
